Mikel Arteta faces Bayern Munich press conference at the Emirates Stadium
Arsene Wenger believes Bukayo Saka should start ahead of Gabriel Martinelli for Arsenal’s Champions League clash at Bayern Munich
Mikel Arteta is set to face the press ahead of Arsenal’s Champions League clash with Bayern Munich on Wednesday.
The Gunners boss will be looking to bounce back from his side’s 5-1 defeat to Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday.
Arsenal are currently bottom of Group B, having lost both of their opening games.
Arteta will be without a number of key players for the trip to Munich, including Gabriel Jesus, Thomas Partey and Emile Smith Rowe.
However, he will be boosted by the return of Bukayo Saka, who missed the Liverpool game with an injury.
Arteta is likely to be asked about his team selection for the Bayern game, and whether he will make changes following the Liverpool defeat.
He could also be asked about the future of Gabriel Martinelli, who has been linked with a move away from Arsenal.
